Through a guided meditation, author, Kathleen Buerer will lead your journey to the farm of Miracle, the White Buffalo.

The workshop begins with a selection of readings from a memoir of the author's visits to Miracle's farm. After the readings, a basic relaxation technique is presented in preparation for the meditation itself. After the meditation, participants will have time to journal or sketch. The evening concludes with time for feedback or evaluation.
